Mental health
- Birmingham Health Minds– Psychological therapies service for those with difficulties which include low mood, depression, stress and anxiety
- Living well consortium– Variety of services offered with aim on improving health and well-being. These include: counselling and self-help, therapy sessions, support services, creative therapies, well-being services
- Forward thinking Birmingham– Mental health support for those aged 0-25. Signposting to other sources of help available.

Sexual health– Umbrella sexual health provides free sexual health services and information. Book an appointment or apply for a free STI check which can also be done via home testing kit.
Sleep– Sleep station is an online sleep improvement programme, eligibility criteria applies.
